Children Adoption Services, or ECAS, is a full-service, non-profit,
adoption agency, licensed in the state of Minnesota. At ECAS we specialize
in fulfilling the dreams of American couples and singles who long
to parent. Our primary focus has been to find permanent, loving families
in the United States for orphaned children from Russia and Ukraine.
We also assist clients with adoptions of children from other countries.
Our experienced staff members have been helping families to complete
successful adoptions from Russia since 1993. Our first families adopted
children from Ukraine in1998. ECAS is also happy to assist Minnesota
families in meeting its state's requirements for domestic adoption.
We're dedicated to helping families make their adoption dreams come
true in a personal, prompt, and economical manner.
Our clients are so grateful for the quality services provided by our agency that they are offering to share their adoption experience through ECAS with others considering adoption. Just ask us for references. ECAS also works alongside other adoption agencies in the US to help families to adopt children from countries where we may not yet have an established program. ECAS is constantly expanding, and is currently in the process of developing other international avenues. We are extremely excited about our new pilot program in Jamaica. Here's a unique opportunity: ECAS offers reduced rates to the first family adopting from any of our newly developed programs. If you are interested in offering love and permanency to one or more precious children from Russia, Ukraine, or other countries, please let us help you find each other. We are eager to assist you. We offer information meetings for local families; or you can arrange to meet privately with our staff at your convenience. At ECAS, we believe that every child deserves love, nurture and the security of a family of their own. Thousands of children who cannot speak for themselves live in overseas orphanages hoping and waiting to become part of a devoted permanent family. The heart's cry of ECAS is to make their dreams come true, as well, in the, fastest, easiest, way possible for your family. ECAS offers special fees to families adopting multiple siblings and children with special needs. |
